Company Securityholder definition

Company Securityholder means each Person who holds Company Securities.

  • The appointment of the Representative and the powers, immunities and rights to indemnification granted to the Representative hereunder: (i) are coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable by any Company Securityholder in any manner or for any reason and (ii) shall not be affected by the death, illness, dissolution, disability, incapacity or other inability to act of any principal pursuant to any applicable Law.
