Company Series B-1 Preferred Stock definition

Company Series B-1 Preferred Stock means the Series B-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.
Company Series B-1 Preferred Stock means the Series B-1 preferred stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share. “Company Series B-1A Preferred Stock” means the Series B-1A preferred stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share. “Company Series B-2 Preferred Stock” means the Series B-2 preferred stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share. “Company Stock” means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.
