Company Series D-2 Preferred Stock definition

Company Series D-2 Preferred Stock means the Series D-2 Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share, including the shares of Series C-2 Preferred Stock of the Company issuable upon conversion of the Company Notes immediately prior to the consummation of the Merger.
