Company Stores and Franchised Stores are jointly referred to herein as “Stores”, the Franchisees and individuals responsible for Company Stores are jointly referred to as (“Operators”) and the combined efforts of the COMPANY and its Franchisees is referred to as the “System”.
Bank shall remit funds to one Company designated account and shall not remit funds to individual Company Stores.
Distributor’s services shall include the purchase, warehouse, and distribution of Products to meet the requirements of JJC for sale in the Company Stores as described herein.

As a result of Persons perceiving the Company Stores as an extension of the Company, the Company agrees to provide GSI with reasonable prior notice of intended actions by the Company which may have a material impact on either of the Company Stores, the ability of GSI to perform its obligations hereunder, and/or the volume of Customers or callers accessing the Company Stores or customer service telephone support for the Company Stores.
The Company agrees that GSI will be enabled, throughout the entire Term, to provide all domain name server services for the Designated URLs and all Secondary URLs for the Company Stores.
Such data feeds shall include information concerning Merchandise then available for sale through the Company Stores.
GSI will host, maintain and operate the Company Stores in accordance with this Agreement.
