Company Supplied Data definition

Company Supplied Data means data collected by Company directly from a particular Visitor outside the ID5 ID Site Offering and provided by Company to ID5 hereunder (which may include, for purposes of clarification and without limitation, a hashed email address(es)).

Examples of Company Supplied Data in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, data derived from ID5’s products and services, including, without limitation, connections/associations that utilize User IDs included within Company Supplied Data, will not be deemed a derivative work(s) of Company’s property.

  • Company represents and warrants that Company Supplied Data and ID5 Tag Data do not include information: (a) that Company knows or reasonably should know is from or about children under the age of 16; (b) that contains “protected health information” as defined under HIPPA; (c) that is obtained from websites, mobile apps or other forms of media which are “covered entities” under HIPPA or are “child-directed” as defined under COPPA; or (d) that contains Personally-Identifiable Information or Sensitive Data.

  • Company Supplied Data and ID5 Tag Data shall be pseudonymous Personal Information.

  • To the extent required by Applicable Privacy Laws, if Company uses an ID5 Tag on a Company Site(s) or provides Company Supplied Data to ID5, Company will provide Visitors to the Company Sites clear and conspicuous notice about, and will obtain any and all required consents for, ID5’s use of cookies and other User IDs, other storing and/or accessing of information stored on Visitors’ devices, and other processing of personal data/information in connection with the ID5 ID Site Offering hereunder.

  • Company understands and agrees that ID5 may request proof of consent with respect to ID5’s receipt of Company Supplied Data and/or ID5 Tag Data and Company shall respond to such requests within a reasonable time so as to ensure that ID5 is able to demonstrate such proof of consent.

  • To the extent required by Applicable Privacy Laws, if Company uses an ID5 Tag on a Company Site(s) and/or provides Company Supplied Data to ID5, Company will provide Visitors to the Company Sites clear and conspicuous privacy notice about, and will obtain any and all required consents for, ID5’s use of cookies and other User IDs, other storing and/or accessing of information stored on Visitors’ devices, and other processing of personal data/information in connection with the ID5 ID Site Offering hereunder.

  • With respect to Company Supplied Data and/or ID5 Tag Data, Company will be “business”, “third-party” and/or data “controller” and ID5 is a “third party” and/or data “controller” (each, as defined by Applicable U.S. Privacy Laws).

Related to Company Supplied Data

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

  • shipped includes removal from the work sites by ship or any other means;

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Tax Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty means the warranty supplied from time to time by the manufacturer of the Goods as at the date of the acceptance of the Statement of Work; “PPSA” means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000; “Price” means the amount specified within each Statement of Work (subject to any Variation) or as otherwise specified from the Company to the Customer representing the cost for the Works; “Related Work” means any additional building, carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing or other work or other trades that the Customer requires, which are not to be carried out by the Company; “Services” means the services provided by the Company to the Customer as part of the Works, which may include without limitation the installation of Goods; “Services Delay Charge” means the services delay charge (if any) set out in the Statement of Work; “Services Interruption Event” means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works; “Statement of Work” means the details outlining the provision of the Works, which statement can be delivered verbally or in writing (including email) and may include (where applicable) an estimate or quotation (as specifically expressed as the case) of costs; “Variation” means a change in the Statement of Work including the specifications, scope, time of supply, price or scale of the Works and such variation shall form part of this agreement; “Workmanship” means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Company Product means each product or product candidate that is being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
