Company T IP Agreements means all (i) licenses of Intellectual Property to Company T and its Subsidiaries, (ii) licenses of Intellectual Property by Company T or any of its Subsidiaries to third parties, and (iii) agreements restricting the right of Company T or its Subsidiaries, or pursuant to which Company T or its Subsidiaries permit other Persons, to use or register Intellectual Property.
