Company Team definition

Company Team means the Company Principal Investigator and those technicians, scientists and/or other individuals employed (or otherwise retained) by Company to work on behalf of Company under [his/her] direction on the Research.
Company Team means the Company Principal Investigator and those employees, technicians, scientists, contractors, agents, representatives and/or other individuals working on behalf of Company under his or her direction on the Research.

  • For a period of two (2) years after termination of employment with the Company, Team Member agrees to provide his new employer with a copy of this Agreement prior to taking a position with such new employer.

  • Except as approved in advance and in writing by Company, Team Member shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder’s fee or other compensation in connection therewith.

  • One (1) representative from each Party shall be designated as “Team Leader” and the Company Team Leader shall serve as the Chairperson of the RAC.

  • In addition, we may seek prosecution against anyone, including Company Team Members, Contractors, Vendors or Agents, who commits fraud or interferes with an investigation.

  • Executive shall be subject to other terms and conditions of employment as set forth in: (a) the prevailing Company Team Member Handbook, (b) the prevailing Company xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policies, (c) any prevailing clawback or anti-hedging policies, and (d) any other Company policies, all of which shall be subject to interpretation and change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company, so long as such terms and conditions are not materially inconsistent with the terms hereof.

  • As a publicly traded financial institution, from time to time, Company Team Members may be approached by reporters and other members of the media.

  • Assuming that this Agreement constitutes the valid and binding obligation of Purchaser and PurchaserSub, this Agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement of the Company, Team, Team Finance and Team MergerSub enforceable in accordance with its terms, subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar Laws affecting creditors’ rights generally or to general principles of equity.

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group formed to provide assistance and support to a child who is an at-risk youth or a child in need of services and his or her parent. The team must include the parent, a department caseworker, a local government representative when authorized by the local government, and when appropriate, members from the men- tal health and substance abuse disciplines. The team may also include, but is not limited to, the following persons: Educa- tors, law enforcement personnel, probation officers, employ- ers, church persons, tribal members, therapists, medical per- sonnel, social service providers, placement providers, and extended family members. The team members must be vol- unteers who do not receive compensation while acting in a capacity as a team member, unless the member's employer chooses to provide compensation or the member is a state employee.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;
