Company Timber definition

Company Timber means (i) all trees and timber, including, without limitation, standing timber and crops, now located on or hereafter planted or growing in the soil of any Company Timber Property (other than the Pacific Lumber Timber Rights Property), or any part or parcel thereof, and all additions, substitutions and replacements thereof (including timber to be cut pursuant to a Purchase Agreement) and (ii) any and all Harvested Timber.
Company Timber means (i) all trees and timber, including, without limitation, standing timber and crops, now located on or hereafter planted or growing in the soil of any Company Owned Timberlands, or any part or parcel thereof, and all additions, substitutions and replacements thereof and (ii) any and all Harvested Timber.
Company Timber shall have the meaning for such term set forth in the Indenture.

  • Timber means forest trees, standing or down, of a commercial species, including Christmas trees. However, "timber" does not include Christmas trees that are cultivated by agricultural methods, as that term is defined in RCW 84.33.035.

  • Timberland means land, other than land owned by the federal government and land designated by the board as experimental forest land, which is available for, and capable of, growing a crop of trees of a commercial species used to produce lumber and other forest products, including Christmas trees. Commercial species shall be determined by the board on a district basis.

  • Timber owner means any person having all or any part of the legal interest in timber. Where such timber is subject to a contract of sale, "timber owner" shall mean the contract purchaser.

  • Diameter at breast height (dbh) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • Tree means any object of natural growth.

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.
