Examples of Company Use in a sentence

  • Nothing herein contained shall be construed to deny any Shipper any rights which it may have under FERC rules and regulations, including the right to participate fully in rate proceedings by intervention or otherwise to contest changes in rates and Company Use charges in whole or part.

  • Company reserves the right to seek authorization from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) or other appropriate agency to increase, decrease or restructure the rates (including market based rates), and Company Use charges in effect at any time as may be found necessary to assure Company’s right to charge and collect fair and equitable rates within the meaning of Section 311 (a)(2) of the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (“NGPA”) and the FERC’s rules and regulations thereunder.

Related to Company Use

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered Included In Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.

  • Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.

  • Station Use means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility that is (a) used within the Generating Facility to power the lights, motors, control systems and other electrical loads that are necessary for Operation, and (b) consumed within the Generating Facility’s electric energy distribution system as losses needed to deliver electric energy to the Site Host Load, and

  • Private Business Use means use (directly or indirectly) in a trade or business or activity carried on by any Private Person (other than a Tax-Exempt Organization) other than use as a member of, and on the same basis as, the general public.
