Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time other major Credit Card programs of Bank designated annually by the Management Committee that are comparable to the Program in terms of program size, public profile and brand image. As of the date hereof, the “Comparable Partner Programs” include those listed on Schedule 1.1(b).

Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time other major Credit Card programs of the Bank or any of its Affiliates that are comparable to the Program in terms of program size, public profile, brand image or cardholder profile, as relevant in the particular context. Examples of Comparable Partner Programs in a sentence

  • To the extent not otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Operating Procedures, including the SLAs described on Schedule 7.3, the Bank shall service the Accounts under the Program in a manner in which, and in any event no worse than, the Bank, in the aggregate, services its other Comparable Partner Programs.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Bank shall perform its obligations hereunder (x) with no less than a reasonable degree of care and diligence, and (y) with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by the Bank and its Affiliates with respect to its obligations relating to the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • The Bank represents that the SLAs set forth on Schedule 7.3 are, as of the date of this Agreement, competitive in the aggregate with the customer service level standards provided to the Comparable Partner Programs as of such date.

  • The Bank shall conform the Program Website to the performance capabilities, characteristics, functions and other standards generally applicable to leading private label Credit Card program websites in addition to those expressly required under this Agreement, and the Internet Services shall be consistent with the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • In addition, without limiting the foregoing, with respect to the Services to be performed by Primary Servicer, Primary Servicer agrees that it shall perform such functions with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by it in servicing the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Bank shall perform its obligations hereunder (x) with no less than a reasonable degree of care and diligence, (y) with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by the Bank and its Affiliates with respect to its obligations relating to the Comparable Partner Programs and (z) in all events with no less than the degree of care and diligence employed by the Company prior to the Effective Date.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Application function on the Program Website shall have at a minimum all features and functionality available on websites for Comparable Partner Programs as of the Systems Transition Date.

  • In xxxxxxxn, without limiting the foregoing, with respect to the Services to be performed by Bank, Bank agrees that it shall perform such functions with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by it in servicing the Comparable Partner Programs.

Related to Comparable Partner Programs

  • Comparable Services means services that are identical or materially similar to the benchmarked Services (including in terms of scope, specification, volume and quality of performance) provided that if no identical or materially similar services exist in the market, the Supplier shall propose an approach for developing a comparable services benchmark;
