Comparable Partner Programs definition

Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time other major Credit Card programs of the Bank or any of its Affiliates that are comparable to the Program in terms of program size, public profile, brand image or cardholder profile, as relevant in the particular context. As of the date hereof, the “Comparable Partner Programs” include those listed on Schedule 1.1(d). For the avoidance of doubt, if the Bank becomes the Credit Card issuer for any Competing Retail Programs , such Competing Retail Program shall become a Comparable Partner Program.
Comparable Partner Programs means from time to time the major Credit Card programs of the Bank or any of its Affiliates that are comparable to the Program, including in terms of (****). As of the date hereof, the “Comparable Partner Programs” are those listed on Schedule 1.1(c). To the extent the Bank becomes the issuer or servicer with respect to any Relevant Retail Program, such program shall also be a “Comparable Partner Program” for so long as the Bank acts in any such capacity. The Company shall have the right from time to time to add to Schedule 1.1(c) additional Credit Card programs that meet the definition set forth in the first sentence hereof (whereupon such programs shall be “Comparable Partner Programs”), subject to the Bank’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Comparable Partner Programs has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1(f).

Examples of Comparable Partner Programs in a sentence

  • The Bank shall consider and propose from time to time changes to the Risk Management Policies designed to cause the Risk Management Policies applicable to relevant Applicant and Cardholder segments of the Program to be at least as favorable to such Applicant and Cardholder segments as are the risk management policies applied to the Comparable Partner Programs.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Bank shall perform its obligations hereunder (x) with no less than a reasonable degree of care and diligence,(y) with no less care and diligence than that degree of care and diligence employed by the Bank and its Affiliates with respect to its obligations relating to the Comparable Partner Programs and (z) in all events with no less than the degree of care and diligence employed by the Company prior to the Effective Date.

  • Comparable Services means services that are identical or materially similar to the benchmarked Services (including in terms of scope, specification, volume and quality of performance) provided that if no identical or materially similar services exist in the market, the Supplier shall propose an approach for developing a comparable services benchmark;

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Blackstone means Blackstone Capital Partners V L.P. and its Affiliates.

  • CFPC means the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

  • Co-licensed partner means a person who, with at least one other person, has the right to engage in

  • Public-private partnership means an arrangement or agreement, occurring on or after January 1, 2017, between a procurement unit and one or more contractors to provide for a public need through the development or operation of a project in which the contractor or

  • Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Metropolitan planning organization means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-1-208.5.

  • Self-Regulatory Organization means any association of investment advisers or securities dealers registered under the federal securities laws, or any Exchange.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Investor Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).

  • comparables means information that compares an issuer to other issuers;

  • Enterprise identifier means a code that is uniquely assigned to an enterprise by an issuing agency.

  • Hospice means a public agency or private organization licensed pursuant to Chapter 400, Florida Statutes, to provide Hospice services. Such licensed entity must be principally engaged in providing pain relief, symptom management, and supportive services to terminally ill Members and their families.

  • USP-NF means the current edition of the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary.

  • Starwood shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
