Comparable Price definition

Comparable Price means, with respect to any Optional Redemption Date, (a) the average of the Reference Dealer Quotations for such Optional Redemption Date, after excluding the highest and lowest of the Reference Dealer Quotations, (b) if the Company obtains fewer than four Reference Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of those quotations or (c) if the Company obtains only one Reference Dealer Quotation, such Reference Dealer Quotation.
Comparable Price means, with respect to any redemption date, (a) the average of the Reference Dealer Quotations for such redemption date, after excluding the highest and lowest of such Reference Dealer Quotations, or
Comparable Price means, with respect to any redemption date (1) the arithmetic average of the Reference Dealer Quotations for such redemption date, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Dealer Quotations or (2) if we obtain fewer than four such Reference Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations for such redemption date.
