Compartment 2 definition

Compartment 2 means the second Compartment of Driver UK Master S.A. designated to acquire the Purchased Receivables and related collateral from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
Compartment 2 means the second Compartment of Driver Master S.A. designated to acquire the Receivables and related Loan Collateral from VW Bank under the respective Receivables Purchase Agreement.
Compartment 2 means the second compartment of the Issuer created in accordance with the Luxembourg law of 22 March 2004.
