Rear Yard definition

Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line of the lot, or where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot from the nearest wall of the main building situated on the lot, to the rear line of the lot;

More Definitions of Rear Yard

Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line and the nearest wall of the main building or structure on the lot;
