Related Collateral means, with respect to a Loan Asset, any property or other assets designated and pledged or mortgaged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan Asset, as applicable, including, mortgaged property and/or a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
Related Collateral shall have the meaning specified in Section 2 of the 2024-1 Security Agreement.
Related Collateral means an asset that is “related” within the meaning of the definition of Significant Obligor, to the Collateral.

Without the need for a Purchase Notice, on the date hereof, the Purchaser agrees to acquire the Loan Assets set forth on Schedule A and the Related Collateral from the Seller and the Seller agrees to Convey such Loan Assets and Related Collateral to the Purchaser for the applicable Purchase Prices set forth on Schedule A.

Related Collateral shall have the meaning given to such term in the definition of "Pledged Collateral" herein.
Related Collateral means with respect to any Purchased Receivable:
Related Collateral means all goodwill of Borrower; cash; deposit accounts; claims under insurance policies (whether or not proceeds of other Collateral); rights of set off; rights under judgments; tort claims and choses in action; computer programs and software, books and records (including, without limitation, all electronically recorded data); contract rights; and all contracts and agreements to or of which they are parties or beneficiaries, whether any of the foregoing be now existing or hereafter arising, now or hereafter received by or belonging to Borrower.
Related Collateral means the assets and properties securing payment of outstanding obligations of Obligors under the Transaction Documents.

Related Collateral means, with respect to any Loan Asset, the property identified in clauses (i)-(iii) below and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, general intangibles, instruments, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, accessions, proceeds and other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case, excluding the Retained Interest and Excluded Amounts):
