Compensatory Restitution Amount definition

Compensatory Restitution Amount means the aggregate amount of payments by Xxxxxxx hereunder other than amounts paid as attorneys’ fees and costs or identified pursuant to subsection VI.B.2 as being used to pay attorneys’ fees and investigation costs or litigation costs.
