Litigation Costs definition

Litigation Costs means all reasonable costs, charges, expenses, including attorneys', accountants' and expert witnesses' fees, and obligations paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending (including affirmative defenses and counterclaims), obtaining or attempting to obtain a settlement, being a witness in, or participating in or preparing to defend, be a witness in, or participate in, any Proceeding and any appeal therefrom and the cost of appeal, attachment and similar bonds.
Litigation Costs. All costs reasonably incurred by Lessor in connection with the enforcement of any provision of this Lease and/or in connection with any third-party claim against Lessor or any Leased Property arising on account of or in connection with any default or Event of Default hereunder by Tenant, including, without limitation, costs reasonably incurred by Lessor in investigating, settling and/or prosecuting claims and for attorney’s and legal assistant fees and expenses, court costs and fees and consultant and witness fees and expenses.
Litigation Costs means any and all expenses, costs, damages, liabilities, or obligations (including, without limitation, fees and expenses of counsel) incurred in connection with any action, suit, or other legal or administrative proceeding or governmental investigation arising as a result of events occurring or facts or circumstances arising or existing on or prior to the Closing Date (whether or not in the ordinary course of business), including those matters set forth on Schedule 3.11.

Examples of Litigation Costs in a sentence

  • Within 14 days after Defendants funds the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will mail checks for all Individual Settlement Payments, the Administration Expenses, the LWDA Payment, Attorneys’ Fees, Litigation Costs, and Service Payment(s).

  • If the Court approves Attorneys’ Fees and/or Litigation Costs in an amount less than the amounts requested, the Administrator will allocate the remainder to the Net Settlement Amount.

Losses means the total amount which the Indemnified Person becomes legally obligated to pay in connection with any Proceeding, including judgments, damages, liabilities, penalties, Fines, excise taxes, amounts paid in settlement and Litigation Costs. Proceeding means any actual, threatened, pending or completed claim, action, suit, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution process, inquiry, subpoena, investigation, administrative hearing, appeal, or any other actual, threatened, pending or completed proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, arbitrative or investigative (whether external or internal to the Company), in each case whether formal or informal, including a proceeding initiated by the Indemnitee pursuant to Section 2.5(c) of this Agreement to enforce Indemnitee’s rights hereunder.
Litigation Costs means costs incurred, or to be incurred, by the landlord in connection with proceedings of a kind mentioned in the table, and
