COMPETITION MEDIA definition

COMPETITION MEDIA. DEFINED. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Competition Media” shall be defined as all pre-existing or developed media emanating from documenting, filming, recording, or otherwise fixing any aspect of the Competition in a tangible means of expression by any means or in any manner or medium now existing, including, without limitation, audio, video, digital, and photographic material, or developed in the future, including, without limitation, Team’s preparation to enter or register for the Competition, the story of Team’s participation, other Competition participants, and events related to the Competition whether such Competition Media is owned, controlled, or created by, or on behalf of, Team, any Team Member, or any sponsor or partner of Team. Competition Media shall include, without limitation, media in any state of the production cycle, whether raw footage, works in progress, fully edited content, or otherwise.
COMPETITION MEDIA means all pre‐existing or developed media emanating from documenting, filming, recording or otherwise fixing any aspect of the Competition in a tangible means of expression by any means or in any manner or medium now existing, including, without limitation, audio, video, digital, and photographic material, or developed in the future, including, without limitation, the story of Team’s participation, other Competition participants, missions, and events related to the Competition; provided, however, that Competition Media shall not include media depicting Team activities unrelated to the Competition except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. For clarity, Competition Media includes media in any state of the production cycle, whether raw footage, works in progress, fully edited content, or otherwise.

Related to COMPETITION MEDIA

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.

  • Disparagement means making comments or statements to the press, the Company’s or its Affiliates’ employees, consultants or any individual or entity with whom the Company or its Affiliates has a business relationship which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect in any manner: (a) the conduct of the business of the Company or its Affiliates (including, without limitation, any products or business plans or prospects); or (b) the business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates, or any of their products, or their past or present officers, directors or employees.

  • Non-Competition Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Noncompetition Agreements as defined in Section 2.8(a)(iv). "Occupational Safety and Health Law"--any law or regulation designed to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private (including those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Competition Act means the Competition Act (Canada).
