Complaint Register means an organised register maintained by an Authorised Person at the entrance of a Branch Office; such that any client or person may enter any feedback or complaint, which shall necessarily be recorded by the Authorised Person and maintained for audit purposes. The Authorised Person shall see to it that the complaints recorded are handled efficiently so as to satisfy the client, or else, the Authorised Person could escalate the issue to the Zerodha Head Office or send an email to “partner@zerodha.com” to satisfy the customer, if need be. The Complaint Register should contain all the headings required under this BAP.
