Complete file means for the purposes of the first time filer credits under section 3750.14 of the Revised Code, the forms approved by the commission under rule 3750-30-20 and fee forms under rule 3750-50-01 of the Administrative Code for any facility that has met the requirements for a first time file in a previous year.
Complete file means a PSV File which resulted from a PSV Event within which Contractor has successfully completed PSV with no outstanding verification deficiencies in accordance with the Engagement Procedures. Successfully completed PSV means that data elements have been checked against primary sources, and Contractor has conf idence that the result obtained is accurate, or in the event of a result which Contractor is not confident of its accuracy, Contractor has made outreach to the Provider or primary source to confirm accuracy.
