Compliance Ratio definition

Compliance Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the Loan Commitment to (b) the lesser of (i) the Appraised Value of the Property and (ii) the Acquisition Cost of the Property.
Compliance Ratio means a value, expressed as a percentage, reflecting the servicing carrier’s performance with respect to a Standard. When a standard is missed through no fault of the servicing carrier, the carrier will in that instance be treated as complying with that standard and no deduction will be taken from the servicing carrier’s score.

Examples of Compliance Ratio in a sentence

  • The servicing carrier shall receive a marginal Rating Value for any Compliance Ratio of at least 80% but less than 95%.

  • The servicing carrier shall receive an unsatisfactory Rating Value for any Compliance Ratio lower than 80%.

  • At all times while the Compliance Ratio is greater than fifty percent (50%), KBS REIT (on a consolidated basis) shall comply with the covenants set forth on Exhibit F attached hereto.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the Compliance Ratio is approximately sixty percent (60%).

  • For the categories of Underwriting and Audit, Claims Handling and Loss Control, the servicing carrier shall receive a commendable Rating Value for any Compliance Ratio between 99% and 100%, inclusive.

  • The servicing carrier shall receive a satisfactory Rating Value for any Compliance Ratio of at least 95% but less than 99%.

  • For the quantitative performance Standards in the Financial Reporting category, the servicing carrier shall receive a satisfactory Rating Value for any Compliance Ratio between 95% and 100%, inclusive.

  • At all times while the Compliance Ratio is greater than forty-five percent (45%), KBS REIT (on a consolidated basis) shall comply with the covenants set forth on Exhibit F attached hereto.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the Compliance Ratio is approximately fifty percent (50%).

  • The Compliance Ratio will drop to 40% in 2014, 30% in 2015, 25% in 2016.

Related to Compliance Ratio

  • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured.

  • Debt Service Ratio means for any period the Modified Cash NOI for all consolidated and unconsolidated properties of the Operating Partnership based on its share (determined on a proportional ownership basis based upon the Operating Partnership’s ownership (direct or indirect) in each of its Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures) divided by Debt Service.

  • Equity Ratio means the ratio of Equity to Total Assets.

  • Quick Ratio is a ratio of Quick Assets to Current Liabilities.

  • Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Senior Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • CET1 Ratio means, as of any Balance Sheet Date, the CET1 Capital as of such Balance Sheet Date, divided by the BIS Risk Weighted Assets as of such Balance Sheet Date, expressed as a percentage, such ratio (or the components thereof) as determined by the Group Holding Company, and (i) as disclosed in the Quarterly Financial Accounts published on the relevant Ordinary Publication Date or (ii) constituting (or as disclosed in) the Reviewed Interim Measurement published upon the instruction of the FINMA on the relevant Extraordinary Publication Date, as applicable.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • RBC Ratio means the risk-based capital ratio of the Insurer, which will be calculated in a manner consistent with the requirements and methodologies prescribed under Massachusetts Law, as applied by the Insurer in the ordinary course of its business, consistent with its historic practice.

  • Expense Ratio is defined as a Fund's annual investment management fees and expenses (excluding taxes, interest, all brokerage commissions, other normal charges incident to the purchase and sale of portfolio securities, and extraordinary expenses) as a percentage of such Fund's daily net asset value.

  • Liquidity Ratio means, for any date of determination, the ratio of (a)(i) the aggregate amount of unrestricted and unencumbered cash (other than Liens in favor of Bank) held at such time by Borrower in Deposit Accounts maintained with Bank, plus (ii) accounts receivable determined according to GAAP for the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries, divided by (b) the principal amount of outstanding Credit Extensions.

  • Compliance Period means a period of time that the Development shall conform to all set-aside requirements as described further in the rule chapter and agreed to by the Applicant in the Application.

  • Senior Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, on a Pro Forma Basis, the ratio of (i) Senior Indebtedness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date to (ii) Annualized EBITDA for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the most recently ended Test Period.

  • Coverage Ratio As to any one or more of the Combined Leased Properties, the ratio of the EBITDARM generated by such Combined Leased Property(ies) to Base Rent allocable thereto under the applicable Combined Leases, in each case for the four (4) full calendar quarters ending not less than sixty (60) days prior to the occurrence of a Section 16.10.3.1

  • Total Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.

  • Net Leverage Ratio means, at any time, the ratio of (a)(i) Consolidated Total Indebtedness at such time minus (ii) the Qualified Cash Amount to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed period of four fiscal quarters.

  • Cash Flow Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Indebtedness of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis, but excluding all Interest Swap Obligations entered into by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary and one of the Banks outstanding on such date, plus (but without duplication of Indebtedness supported by letters of credit) the aggregate undrawn face amount of all letters of credit outstanding on such date to (b) Annualized Operating Cash Flow determined as at the last day of the most recent month for which financial information is available.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • Senior Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Senior Indebtedness on such date to (b) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower ended on or prior to such time (taken as one accounting period) in which financial statements for each quarter or fiscal year in such period have been or were required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b) without giving effect to any grace period applicable thereto.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Notes, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (i) the day on which such Notes are first offered to Persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act) in reliance on Regulation S and (ii) the issue date with respect to such Notes.

  • Current Ratio means the ratio of Current Assets to Current Liabilities.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio means, as of any time the same is to be determined, the ratio of (a) Funded Debt as of the last day of the most recent four fiscal quarters of the Company then ended minus Excess Cash as of the last day of the same such period to (b) EBITDA for the same most recent four fiscal quarters then ended.
