CET1 Ratio definition

CET1 Ratio means, as of any Balance Sheet Date, the CET1 Capital as of such Balance Sheet Date, divided by the BIS Risk Weighted Assets as of such Balance Sheet Date, expressed as a percentage, such ratio (or the components thereof) as determined by the Group Holding Company, and (i) as disclosed in the Quarterly Financial Accounts published on the relevant Ordinary Publication Date or (ii) constituting (or as disclosed in) the Reviewed Interim Measurement published upon the instruction of FINMA on the relevant Extraordinary Publication Date, as applicable.

CET1 Ratio means, at any date, the ratio of the Group’s CET1 Capital as of such date to Risk Weighted Assets as of the same such date, expressed as a percentage, and on the basis that all measures used in such calculation shall be calculated on a Fully Loaded basis.

Each Tranche is subject to a risk performance factor based on whether PNC has met or exceeded the CET1 Ratio as of the last day of each Performance Year.
As soon as practicable following the end of each Performance Year, PNC will present information to the Committee relating to (i) the CET1 Ratio compared to (ii) the actual CET1 Ratio achieved by PNC with respect to that Performance Year, based on PNC’s publicly reported financial results for the period ending on the applicable end date.
Such Capital Adequacy Trigger Event has occurred because the Group’s Fully Loaded CET1 Ratio as of [Date], as determined by Barclays PLC on a consolidated basis in accordance with the Capital Regulations applicable to the Group on such date, was less than 7.00%.
Once the Committee approves the final Corporate Performance Factor, it applies this percentage to (x) the target number of PSUs (as reduced for any failure to meet the CET1 Ratio during the Performance Period), and rounds down to the nearest whole share unit.
In addition, and independent from the CET1 Ratio performance metric described in paragraph 2 above, with respect to each Tranche and prior to the settlement of that Tranche, the Committee has the discretion to conduct a risk performance review relating to a risk-related action of potentially material consequence to PNC.

CET1 Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of CET1 Amount divided by the RWA Amount as at the relevant Reporting Date, in each case calculated by CSG and appearing in the relevant Financial Report as “BIS Common Equity Tier 1 Ratio”, “BIS CET1 Ratio” or any such other term having the same meaning;

CET1 Ratio means, at any time, with respect to the Bank or the Group, as the case may be, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the aggregate amount (in the Accounting Currency) of the CET1 Capital of the Bank or the Group, respectively, at such time divided by the Risk Weighted Assets Amount of the Bank or the Group, respectively, at such time;

CET1 Ratio means, at any time, the ratio of CET1 Capital of the Issuer or the Group (as the case may be) as of such date to the Risk Weighted Assets of the Issuer or the Group (as the case may be) as of the same date, expressed as a percentage and, for the avoidance of doubt, on the basis that, save as specified in the definition of “Risk Weighted Assets”, all measures used in such calculation shall be calculated applying the applicable transitional provisions under the Applicable Banking Regulations;

CET1 Ratio means, as of any Balance Sheet Date, the CET1 Capital as of such Balance Sheet Date, divided by the BIS Risk Weighted Assets as of such Balance Sheet Date, expressed as a percentage, such ratio (or the components thereof) as determined by UBS AG, and (i) as disclosed in the Quarterly Financial Accounts published on the relevant Ordinary Publication Date or (ii) constituting (or as disclosed in) the Reviewed Interim Measurement published upon the instruction of the FINMA on the relevant Extraordinary Publication Date, as applicable.
