Component F definition

Component F means the component of the Loan designated as “F” in Section 2.11 hereof.
Component F shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Component F means, collectively, “Component A-F”, “Component B-F”, each as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Examples of Component F in a sentence

  • Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocated to each Note shall be allocated to the related Components in the following order: (i) in the case of any A Note, Component D-1, Component C, Component B and Component A, until the principal balance of the affected Component has been notionally reduced to zero, and (ii) in the case of any B Note, to Component HRR, Component G, Component F, Component E and Component D-2, until the principal balance of the affected Component has been notionally reduced to zero.

Component F shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
