Component XA-4 definition

Component XA-4. One of the 24 components of the Class XW Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current REMIC I Principal Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest LA-4 as of any date of determination.
Component XA-4. One of the 25 components of the Class X Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LA-4 Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component part means any part of a vehicle, other than a tire, having a component part number.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.3300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.850% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin,

  • Regular Interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.

  • NI 51-101 means National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities;

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Component Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • NI 41-101 means National Instrument 41-101 – General Prospectus Requirements;

  • Accrued Component Interest With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, one month’s interest at the Class X Strip Rate applicable to such Component for such Distribution Date, accrued on the Component Notional Amount of such Component outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Component Interest shall be calculated on a 30/360 Basis and, with respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, shall be deemed to accrue during the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • NI 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations;

  • Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Initial Component Balance As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
