Comprehensive Service definition

Comprehensive Service means the managed, maintained and monitored provision of veterinary resource to contractual agreement.
Comprehensive Service or "Repair & Inspect Service" means repairs, Battery Replacement Service, parts and labor necessary to restore Covered Equipment to original specifications, and inspections to verify proper device calibration, mechanical operations and output measurements, electrical safety check in accordance with NFPA guidelines, and Updates (as set forth below), subject to Exclusions.

  • Exhibit A PLATINUM COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE COVERAGE In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and the Quote, the following additional terms and conditions set forth in this Exhibit A shall apply to Xoft’s Platinum Comprehensive Service Coverage.

  • Xoft’s Platinum Comprehensive Service Coverage pertains to Xoft instruments listed on the Quote and which have been sold by Xoft to Customer ("Instrument(s)"), and any Xoft software installed on the Instrument, which software is owned and licensed by Xoft to Customer.

  • In this Comprehensive Service Plan words have the meaning or information associated with them in the Service Schedule and the above Service Terms.

  • Contractor will meet individually with each Member to explain the program and the Participants’ Rights and Responsibilities, complete all necessary program enrollment paperwork, and develop the Comprehensive Service Plan (CSP) which is a team project involving the Member, family (optional), Company Case Management/Social Services and/or facility Discharge Planner/Social Worker and other Service Personnel to ensure a successful transition.

  • Member lives in the community and receive LTSS as identified in their individual Comprehensive Service Plan (CSP).

  • Family Engagement Coordinator’s and Comprehensive Service Coordi- nators shall not perform any work not in conformity with applicable statutes, established guidelines and their job description.

  • If you have agreed to enter into a Comprehensive Service Plan then our obligations under that Comprehensive Service Plan are set out in the boxed section below.

Related to Comprehensive Service

  • Comprehensive Plan means a generalized, coordinated land use map and policy statement of the governing body of a local government that interrelates all functional and natural systems and activities relating to the use of lands, including but not limited to sewer and water systems, trans- portation systems, educational facilities, recreational facilities, and natural resources and air and water quality management programs. “Comprehensive” means all-inclusive, both in terms of the geographic area covered and functional and natural activities and systems occurring in the area covered by the plan. “General nature” means a summary of policies and proposals in broad catego- ries and does not necessarily indicate specific locations of any area, activity or use.   • medical food means a food that is intended for the dietary treatment of a disease or condition for which nutritional requirements are established by medical evaluation and is formulated to be consumed or administered enterally under the direction of a Practitioner.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
