Concurrent Offering definition

Concurrent Offering has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

Concurrent Offering means the offering and sale of Common Units sold pursuant to the Common Unit Purchase Agreement.

• UQ shall have completed the Concurrent Offering with aggregate gross proceeds of a minimum of $3,100,000 and all of the Sub Receipt Conditions shall have been satisfied.
