Conditional Access Holders definition

Conditional Access Holders has the meaning given to that term in Clause 4.5(a); “Conditional Access Rights” has the meaning given to that term in Clause 4.5(a); “Consequential Loss” means subject to paragraph (e) and (f) below:

Examples of Conditional Access Holders in a sentence

  • Unless agreed otherwise by the relevant Conditional Access Holders, any Shortfall Expansion must be addressed in accordance with the provisions of this Undertaking relating to Expansions.

Related to Conditional Access Holders

  • Conditional Access means control mechanisms, data structures and commands that scramble and encrypt signals in order to provide selective access and denial of specific channels, data, information or services to paying Subscribers.

  • Housing for Older Persons means housing intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age or older (“Older Persons”). According to Georgia law, such housing must also have significant facilities and services serving the Older Persons population even though the requirement has been eliminated from the federal definition of an elderly project. At least 80% of the total occupied units in such a housing development must be occupied by at least one Older Person.

  • Collateral Access Agreement means a landlord waiver, bailee letter, or acknowledgement agreement of any lessor, warehouseman, processor, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ books and records, Equipment, or Inventory, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
