Condominium subdivision definition

Condominium subdivision means the division of real property into individual airspace units and their appurtenant common elements.
Condominium subdivision means the equivalent of the term “subdivision” as defined in the Land Division Act, Act No. 288 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1967, as amended.
