Conduent Current Products definition

Conduent Current Products means products, services or offerings actually sold or offered by the BPO Business for commercial sale as of immediately prior to the Distribution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Conduent Current Products shall not include Managed Print Services.

Related to Conduent Current Products

  • Net Current Assets means the net difference between the total current assets and the total current liabilities at 30 June;

  • Component Currency means any currency which, on the Conversion Date, was a component currency of the relevant currency unit.

  • Payment Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.4;

  • Settlement Currency means Pounds sterling ("GBP").

  • Agreement Currency has the meaning specified in Section 10.19.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • First Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.15.

  • Appraised Current Market Value of any Aircraft means the lower of the average and the median of the three most recent Post-Default Appraisals of such Aircraft.

  • ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;

  • Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange means the Agent's spot rate of exchange for the purchase of the relevant currency with the Base Currency in the London foreign exchange market at or about 11:00 a.m. on a particular day.

  • Second Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14.19.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;

  • available rate of exchange means the rate at which the Creditor Party concerned is able at the opening of business (London time) on the Business Day after it receives the sum concerned to purchase the Contractual Currency with the Payment Currency. This Clause 21.4 creates a separate liability of the Borrower which is distinct from its other liabilities under the Finance Documents and which shall not be merged in any judgment or order relating to those other liabilities.

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Consolidated Current Assets at any date, all amounts (other than cash and Cash Equivalents) that would, in conformity with GAAP, be set forth opposite the caption “total current assets” (or any like caption) on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date.

  • Replacement Cut-Off Date With respect to any Qualified Replacement Mortgage, the first day of the calendar month in which such Qualified Replacement Mortgage is conveyed to the Trust.

  • Threshold Event Cure shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(g).

  • Spot Rate of Exchange shall include any premiums and costs of exchange payable in connection with the purchase of, or conversion into, United States dollars.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
