Confidential Resources definition

Confidential Resources means those people or entities that are not required, either by law or by policy, to report an allegation of Sexual Misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator and that also provide confidential counseling and support services to people impacted by alleged acts of Sexual Misconduct, whether or not that person chooses to file a Complaint, file criminal charges, or otherwise participate in any processes referenced in this Policy or its Procedures.

Confidential Resources means RIT employees or offices designated as a resource with whom students or employees may speak Confidentially concerning sexual harassment, sexual assault or other forms of unwanted sexual contact, dating violence, or stalking, or who receives information regarding such an incident under circumstances that render the employee’s communications confidential or privileged under law. Examples of Confidential Resources in a sentence

  • The University has designated individuals who have the ability to have privileged communications as Confidential Resources.

  • Non-identifiable information may be shared by Confidential Resources for statistical tracking purposes as required by the federal Clery Act.

  • Confidential means confidential financial information concerning offeror’s organization and data that qualifies as a trade secret in accordance with the Uniform Trade Secrets Act NMSA 1978 57-3-A-1 to 57-3A-7. See NMAC 1.4.1.45. As one example, no information that could be obtained from a source outside this request for proposals can be considered confidential information.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement.   • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Public resources means water, fish, and wildlife and in addition means capital improvements of the state or its political subdivisions.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Natural resources means land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.
