Confidentiality Designation definition

Confidentiality Designation means the legend affixed to Documents or ESI for confidential or highly confidential information as defined by, and subject to, the terms of the order concerning confidentiality agreed to and/or entered by the Court in this litigation.

More Definitions of Confidentiality Designation

Confidentiality Designation means the “Confidential” legend affixed to Documents, as defined by, and subject to, the terms of the Protective Order entered in this matter.

Confidentiality Designation means the legend affixed to Documents for confidential and highly confidential discovery information as defined by, and subject to, the terms of the parties’ Stipulated Protective Order.
