Configurable Modules definition

Configurable Modules means those configurable products identified by a non-repeating part numbering system established by Applied (in which a Module part numbering follows a particular convention, i.e., XXXX-cont.). A Configurable Module may contain a number of Components, devices or subassemblies or a combination thereof which are electrically and/or mechanically connected and performs a specific function. "Contract Price" means the price for an Item as established by or in accordance with Attachment 1.
