Conifer Plantation definition

Conifer Plantation means a Forest Stand where coniferous Trees have been planted or seeded in a pre-determined pattern. For the purpose of this By-law, a Conifer Plantation is no longer be considered a Conifer Plantation once the planted conifer trees comprise 20% or less of the total Basal Area of the Forest Stand.
Conifer Plantation means an artificially reforested area established by planting or by direct seeding of trees belonging to the order Coniferae, usually evergreen with cones, needle-shaped leaves and producing wood known commercially as softwood.
Conifer Plantation means woodlands where coniferous trees have been planted or seeded in a pre- determined pattern.
