Connected Premises definition

Connected Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Connected Customer and/or a Consumer, and any land over which the Connected Customer and/or the Consumer has an easement or right to pass electricity including:

  • Other information related to the connection or disconnection of FTTN- Connected Premises, FTTB-Connected Premises or HFC-Connected Premises will not be the subject of this clause 25 unless otherwise agreed.

  • The Retailer will ensure that it and its employees, agents and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Distributor’s Equipment (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months until the removal of the Distributor’s Equipment from the Connected Premises after the termination of this agreement), without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).

  • The Connected Customer and the Consumer at Connected Premises may be the same person or different persons.

  • Telstra understands that questions have been raised regarding the definition of In-Train Order Premises that will apply from 1 January 2016 and, in particular, whether the one month pre Disconnection Date period for NBN Connected Premises (to qualify as an In-Train Order) is sufficient for new connections, particularly where they involve complex business migrations.

  • In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise indicates, each of the following expressions shall have the meaning assigned to it below: Accepting Orders Means Redtrain Networks acceptance of orders for Retail Services to be enabled and maintained to particular addresses for Connected Premises.

Related to Connected Premises

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing agreements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA’s obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:
