Land and Buildings. All of Xxxxxxxxx’s right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate situated in _ _ County, Iowa (the “Land”): Legal Description: and all buildings, structures and improvements now standing or at any time hereafter constructed or placed upon the Land (“Buildings”), including all hereditaments, easements, appurtenances, riparian rights, mineral rights, water rights, rights in and to the lands lying in streets, alleys, and roads adjoining the land, estates and other rights and interests now or hereafter belonging to or in any way pertaining to the Land.
Land and Buildings. The list of the Land and Buildings set out in Schedule C accurately reflects all interests of the Vendor in real property used in the conduct of the Business. The Vendor represents that all agreements with respect to the Vendor's interest in the Land and Buildings are in force and effect and without amendment thereto and the interests in the Land and Buildings are free and clear of all Encumbrances. To the best of the knowledge of the Vendor and Xxxxx, neither asbestos nor urea formaldehyde foam is now used, or present, in any of the buildings listed in Schedule C;
Land and Buildings. 6.1. The Council agrees that it will, during the Term, allow the Commissioner and the RFS to occupy and use the Premises (being the land and buildings or parts of land and buildings specified in Schedule 1), or such other land and buildings as may be agreed upon in writing between the Council and the Commissioner, on the following terms and conditions:
6.2. The Council grants and the Commissioner accepts a licence to enter and use the Premises during the term of this Agreement.

Each Member Group will retain all of its existing land and buildings and Fixtures relating thereto (excluding trade fixtures used in the manufacturing process of the Current Grid Business) even if used for their Current Grid Businesses. Furniture will be retained by the Member Groups unless it is used solely in the Member’s Current Grid Business. If the Venture elects to continue manufacturing at current locations, the Venture shall lease any land and buildings currently used by Xxxxxxxxx or National in their Current Grid Businesses at a fair market value per square foot. Separate leases for each location shall be executed. If the NRM Malvern facility is used by the Venture, common items such as utilities, etc. will be allocated between NRM’s steel processing operation and the Venture on a fair basis to be agreed upon by the parties.
Land and Buildings. 5.2.1 The Proprietors Trust owns the School land and buildings specified in the Integration Agreement (the Property).
5.2.2 The Proprietors Trust accepts and will meet the liability for:
(a) all mortgages, liens and other charges on the Property;
(b) insurance over the Property;
(c) capital works as approved or required from time to time by the Minister of Education; and
(d) other works that the Proprietors Trust considers necessary or desirable to maintain and develop the special character of the School.
Land and Buildings. The County will shall retain ownership of all real 28 property, improvements to real property, portable buildings, and fixtures.

Xxxxxxxx and/or Bethel represent that all agreements with respect to CSI's interest in the Land and Buildings are in force and effect and without amendment thereto and CSI's interests in the Land and Buildings are free and clear of all Encumbrances. To the best of the knowledge of Xxxxxxxx and/or Bethel, neither asbestos nor urea formaldehyde foam is now used, or present, in any of the buildings listed in Schedule C;
Land and Buildings. The list the Land and Buildings set out in -------------------- Schedule D accurately reflects all interests of NLR and its Subsidiaries in real property used in the conduct of the Business. The Vendors represent that all agreements with respect to NLR and its Subsidiaries' interests in the Land and Buildings are in force and effect and without amendment thereto, and the interests in the Land and Buildings are free and clear of all Encumbrances which would have a material adverse effect on NLR, the Subsidiaries or the Business. To the best of the knowledge of the Vendors, neither asbestos nor urea formaldehyde foam is now used in any of the buildings listed in Schedule D; -----------
