Connection Period definition

Connection Period bears the meaning defined in paragraph 1.5 of Annex 1.
Connection Period means the period during which each NRES 1:16 Connection at a specific Designated Premises will remain active commencing from the Ready for Service (RFS) date, as indicated in the table set out in Annex 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Connection Period in a sentence

  • Early Termination Charge Total Applicable MRC payable for the remaining Connection Period for each DC Connection.

  • Each Service and Connection under this Agreement shall remain Connected for its Minimum Connection Period.

  • Termination Fees the lump sum termination fees set out in the Commercial Terms payable on termination of a Service or Disconnection of a Connection before completion of the relevant Minimum Connection Period.

  • For the purpose of this definition the term "control" means ownership, directly or indirectly, of (i) equity securities entitling it to exercise, in Minimum Agreement Term Minimum Connection Period the minimum term of this Business Agreement, as detailed in the Commercial Terms.

  • Such Charges shall include any Termination Charges relating to any Gateway for the Minimum Connection Period.

Related to Connection Period

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).
