In the event the Company invokes an Interruption Period hereunder and in the sole discretion of the Company the need for the Company to continue the Interruption Period ceases for any reason, the Company shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, provide written notice to the Holders that such Interruption Period is no longer applicable.
Notwithstanding anything in this paragraph to the contrary, no Interruption Period shall exceed sixty (60) days and, in any calendar year, no more than one hundred twenty (120) days in the aggregate may be part of an Interruption Period.
