Threshold Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
Strike Period means from and including 19 July 2024 to and including 23 July 2024
Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.
Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..
Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.
Free look period means the period of time during which a borrower may cancel a guaranteed asset protection waiver without penalty, fees, or costs to the borrower. A free look period must begin on the effective date of the guaranteed asset protection waiver, and the term of a free look period must be at least 30 days.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA;
Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;
Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.
Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
Total Exercise Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) hereof.
Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.
Observation Period means the period from, and including, the First Trading Date to, and including, the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.
Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.
Continuous Shift Work means work done by Employees where the hours of work are regularly rotated in accordance with a shift roster covering a 24 hour per day operation over a 7 day week.
Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.
New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.
Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.
