Consenting Employees definition
Consenting Employees means those of the Ex-Authority Employees who join the Contractor's Scheme on the Relevant Transfer Date and who consent in writing to payment of the Transfer Payment to the Contractor's Scheme and who do not withdraw that request before the Transfer Value Payment Date. For the avoidance of doubt an Ex-Authority Employee shall cease to be a Consenting Employee if he dies or withdraws his consent before the Transfer Value Payment Date;
Consenting Employees means those of the Employees who join the Supplier's Scheme from the Transfer Date and who consent in writing to payment of the Transfer Value in respect of their benefits to the Supplier’s Scheme within the period specified in Clause Error: Reference source not found of Part D of Schedule 7 and who do not withdraw that request before the expiry of the period specified in Clause Error: Reference source not found of Part D of Schedule 7;
