Conservation use definition
Conservation use means the use of land for a comprehensive management and maintenance program whose goal is the preservation, protection and improvement of the components of the natural environment.

Conservation use means any activity carried out for the purpose of conserving soils, water, vegetation, fish, shellfish, including wildlife sanctuaries and similar uses to the foregoing.
