Maintenance of Land. 3.1 The Licensee shall not pollute the Land.
3.2 The licensee shall carry an oil spill kit at all times.
3.3 The Licensee shall remove all litter arising from the Permitted Use at the end of each day.
3.4 In addition the Licensee shall endeavour to clear litter from the Land within a 10 metre radius of any Trading Point.
3.5 The Licensee shall keep all walls, fences, gates, ditches and watercourses in no worse condition than at the date of this licence.
3.6 The Licensee shall not be permitted to erect or cause or suffer to be erected any building on the Land.
3.7 At the end of the Licence Period (or earlier termination) the Licensee shall leave the Land clean and tidy and remove all waste, stock, equipment and goods.

Maintenance of Land. Grantee accepts the Premises in its present condition and Grantor has no obligation to make any repairs, maintenance or improvements to the Premises. At all times Grantee shall maintain the Premises, and keep it free of trash, debris and cigarette butts during the term of this Lease. Grantee shall be responsible for all snow removal at the said Premises.
Maintenance of Land. The Licensor shall maintain the areas for ingress to the Land and egress from the Land and between the Land and public walkways and roadways in a clean, neat, safe condition, free of snow and ice, and in first class order and repair. Except in cases of emergency, the cleaning, maintenance and repair of the Land shall be phased to the extent practicable to minimize interference with the Parking Rights.
Maintenance of Land. 28 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE:- Every annexed page shall be signed by the parties to the dealing, or where the party is a corporate body, be signed by the persons who have attested the affixing of the seal of that body to the dealing.
Maintenance of Land. The Lessee must, to the extend necessary to avoid nuisance to neighboring properties, to safeguard public safety and to maintain the Lessee' ability to conduct Railway Operations:
6.3.1 ( LAND) keep the Land (including fences) in good condition and free of fire hazards and vermin in all respects (including, without limiting the preceding requirements, grass cutting and weed control and repairing and maintaining as required any damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, storm, war or any act of God);
6.3.2 ( LESSEE'S PROPERTY) keep the Lessee's Property clean and in good repair and condition;
Maintenance of Land. The licensee is responsible for containing weeds, maintaining the grassed area and the community gardens beds that are to be developed within the licenced land. The land area is to be kept in a tidy workplace manner
6.1 The Licensee is to pay to the Licensor a licence fee (Licence Fee) of $110.00 including GST per year payable in one instalment upon the signing of the licence agreement.
6.2 The Licensee is to pay for CPI increase each year that the licence continues.
Maintenance of Land. The Council must keep and maintain the Land in the following condition:
(a) free of all noxious weeds and growths and all feral animals, vermin, noxious animals and pest animals;
(b) clean and free of all waste, rubbish and debris; and
(c) in compliance with all statutes, regulations, ordinances, codes, rules, proclamations, ministerial directives, by-laws, planning instruments, development consents, directions from any authority or other laws (including the Building Code of Australia and any relevant Australian standard) from time to time. Council must not conduct or permit any activity or use on the Land that could cause contamination to the Land. The improvements, fixtures and fittings on the Land must be kept in good repair and working order.
Maintenance of Land. Not: (i) permit any active waste or act that would tend to diminish the value of the Land; (ii) store, manufacture, use or sell any hazardous or toxic substances on, in or under the Property except in the course of Seller's ordinary commercial operations; or (iii) cause any liens, encumbrances or easements to be placed on the Property, or, except in an emergency, enter into any agreement regarding the repair, improvement or any other matter affecting the Property that would be binding on Buyer or the Property after the Close of Escrow without the consent of Buyer which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
