Natural Hazards definition

Natural Hazards means probability of occurrence, within a specified period of time in a given area, of a potentially damaging natural phenomenon;
Natural Hazards means areas identified on the Corvallis Urban Fringe Natural Hazards Map, as containing steep slopes, landslide hazards, floodplain, or floodway.
Natural Hazards has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(d).

Natural Hazards. , means property or lands that could be unsafe for development due to naturally occurring processes and includes riverine flooding hazards, riverine erosion hazards, and wetlands regulated under the Conservation Authorities Act and associated regulations.
