Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary shall at any time have or suffer to exist Current Debt unless, during the preceding 365-day period, there shall be at least 45 consecutive days on each of which there shall have been no Consolidated Current Debt outstanding in excess of the amount of additional Funded Debt that the Company would have been permitted to incur on each such day under Section 10.1.
The Company will not at any time have any Consolidated Current Debt outstanding unless there shall have been during the immediately preceding twelve months a period of at least thirty consecutive days on each of which there shall have been no Consolidated Current Debt outstanding in excess of the amount of additional Funded Debt that the Company would have been permitted to (but did not) incur on such day under Section 10.5 (c).
