Consolidated Scheduled Principal Payments definition

Consolidated Scheduled Principal Payments means, for any period, the aggregate amount of all scheduled repayments of principal by Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis during such period under all Indebtedness of Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including the principal component of Capital Leases).
Consolidated Scheduled Principal Payments means, for the period in question, without duplication, all scheduled principal payments of Borrower and its Subsidiaries on Indebtedness for the applicable period, all determined on a consolidated basis as determined in accordance with GAAP.
