Consolidated Secured Indebtedness Ratio definition

Consolidated Secured Indebtedness Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Indebtedness on such date to (b) Consolidated Total Asset Value on such date.
Consolidated Secured Indebtedness Ratio means, at any date of determination, the ratio of (x) Consolidated Secured Indebtedness to (y) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently ended four full fiscal quarters of Holdings.
