Consolidated Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio definition

Consolidated Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the ratio of Consolidated Total Debt as at the last day of such fiscal quarter to Consolidated EBITDA for the 12 months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter.
Consolidated Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means, as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of Consolidated Total Debt to Consolidated EBITDA;
Consolidated Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Outstanding Indebtedness (excluding Indebtedness under the New Vehicle Floorplan Facility and Permitted Silo Indebtedness) as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended.
