Consolidated VIEs definition

Consolidated VIEs means those franchise agreements and operator agreements with franchisees that the Borrower has had to consolidate in its consolidated financial statements because they are considered to be variable interest entities within the meaning of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification Topic 810.
