Constituent entity means a merging entity or a surviv- ing entity in a merger.
Common elements means all portions of a condominium other than the units.
Constituent Corporations has the meaning set forth in the second recital of this Agreement.
Constituent Company means an existing company that is participating in a merger or consolidation with one or more other existing companies;
Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.
Constituent corporation means any corporation which engages with the Company, its Parent or any Subsidiary in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies (or would apply if the option assumed or substituted were an ISO), or any Parent or any Subsidiary of such corporation.
Constituent means any State resident or other person
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.
Apparent owner means the person whose name appears on the records of the holder as the person entitled to property held, issued, or owing by the holder.
Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
Constituent Documents means, with respect to any Person, (a) the articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, constitution or certificate of formation (or the equivalent organizational documents) of such Person, (b) the by-laws or operating agreement (or the equivalent governing documents) of such Person and (c) any document setting forth the manner of election or duties of the directors or managing members of such Person (if any) and the designation, amount or relative rights, limitations and preferences of any class or series of such Person’s Stock.
Tangible Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(e).
Constituent Person has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(b).
Organic Waste means such type of Solid Waste that can be degraded by micro- organisms, but shall not include Excluded Wastes;
Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Constituent Holder means any shareholder, collective investment fund included within a Qualifying Fund (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or beneficial holder whose stock ownership is counted for the purposes of qualifying as holding the Proxy Access Request Required Shares (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or qualifying as an Eligible Shareholder (as defined in paragraph (D) below);
Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.
Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
Constituent College means a college or institution established and maintained by the University;
Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
Admitted assets means the amount thereof as of the last day of the most recently concluded annual statement year, computed in accordance with rule 191—5.6(505,515,520).
Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
Personal Property shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.
