Construction Period Termination definition

Construction Period Termination means termination of this Agreement by the Province under Section 17.2(a) prior to Traffic Availability;
Construction Period Termination has the meaning as set out in Section 18.1;

  • This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall terminate on the Construction Period Termination Date.

  • Prior to the Construction Period Termination Date, the Construction Agent in its Requisition for the final Advance may request amounts to pay for punch list items for the Property that have not been completed at such time and that may not be completed until after the Completion Date (such Advance being referred to herein as the “Punchlist Advance”).

  • Until termination of the Lease Agreement and the Agency Agreement, the Construction Agent shall promptly and diligently complete the development, acquisition, refinancing, installation, construction and testing of each Construction Period Property substantially in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and with the terms hereof and cause the Completion Date with respect to each Construction Period Property to occur on or prior to the Construction Period Termination Date.

  • If by the end of such twenty (20) day period (or, if sooner, the Target Construction Period Termination Date), the Construction Agent is unable to obtain approval for such postponement, then the rights and remedies of the parties with respect thereto will be governed by the Agency Agreement.

Related to Construction Period Termination

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.
