Construction Professionals definition

Construction Professionals. As defined in Section 12.1(a)(ii).
Construction Professionals. As defined in Schedule 1.7(j)(ii)B.2.
Construction Professionals means technical professionals with educational level of degree, diploma or certificate in engineering related technical courses and want to take part in construction works or professionals who are certified for the different levels in the occupational standard for construction.

  • These problem- solving meetings shall be scheduled as the construction field conditions and the Project may require, and/or shall be at such time as the Construction Professional(s), the Professional, the Department, the Project Director, Department Field Representative and any construction manager agree is appropriate to the Project construction work progress.

  • Notify the Construction Professional(s), in writing, (copy to the Department) of delinquent submittals, the consequences of such delays, and prescribe a time schedule for their submittal/resubmittal, which will not jeopardize the Construction Contract completion date.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.

  • Design Professional means architect or engineer.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

  • Agent Professionals means attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auditors, environmental engineers or consultants, and other professionals and experts retained by the Administrative Agent.

  • Retained Professional means an Entity: (a) employed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to a Final Order in accordance with sections 327 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to the Effective Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) for which compensation and reimbursement has been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Registered professional engineer means a person who is registered as a professional engineer pursuant to s. 443.04, Stats.

  • Paraprofessional means a person who does not have an academic degree related to the scope of treatment or support services being provided but performs prescribed functions under the general supervision of that discipline.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

  • Architects means any Architect whom the Vendors and the Builder have appointed as the Architects for the Project / Buildings time to time.

  • Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Professional surveyor means a person who, by reason of knowledge of law, mathematics, physical sciences, and techniques of measuring acquired by professional education and practical experience, is qualified to engage in the practice of professional surveying.

  • Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.

  • Professional Fee Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 24, 2008 at Docket No. 227 authorizing the interim payment of Professional Claims.
