Examples of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice in a sentence
An appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property was conducted in connection with the origination of such Mortgage Loan; and such appraisal satisfied either (A) the requirements of the "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" as adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation, or (B) the guidelines in Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, in either case as in effect on the date such Mortgage Loan was originated.
An appraisal of real property must be performed by a licensed or certified appraiser consistent with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
The appraisal requirements outlined in Part 24.103 are intended to be consistent with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Applicants must submit with the full application a real estate “as is” appraisal that is a) dated no more than six (6) months from the full application deadline, b) prepared by an independent, state certified appraiser and c) complies with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
